Pacific Vision staff offer training and consultation in all Australian states and territories, including rural areas, with sessions offered at registered facilities or through travel. Training provided ranges from a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level, with options between online and individual or group face-to-face training.

Pacific Vision mainly focuses on providing information on and access to the variety of Assistive Technology devices available to help individuals with vision impairments across Australia and the world. This includes devices such as Braille Devices, with Pacific Vision staff members offering advice on the most appropriate devices and providing training on the features required to assist their clients with daily living needs.
