This is a place to get independent and up-to-date information about accessible telecommunications products and services for seniors and people with disability.
This is a free service that can be accessed at any time.
There are three search options on this website:
Search for tech like phones and tablets, aids and accessories, or apps, that are suitable for different Access Needs, or include Access Features.
Find online or local training to learn how to use your phone or tablet, and other useful digital skills
Search for affordable refurbished phones, tablets, desktop and laptop computers. Most offer refurbished devices at a reduced cost, but some provide new or free devices. (opens ACCAN website)
The Knowledge Centre has descriptions of the Access Needs and Access Features we use on this website, you can also learn more about the features found on smartphones and other tech, and how to access other telecoms services, like the National Relay Service (NRS) and Directory Assistance.
